Aviv Eveguy is an Israeli choreographer and dancer, graduate of the Alvin Ailey American Dance center NYC, living and creating in Jerusalem.
He presented his works around the world, in NYC, Berlin, Shanghai, Latvia, and Israel. Teaches dance and movement to actors and dancers.
In 1993 Aviv graduated from the Scholarship Program at the "Jerusalem Dance Studio" under the artistic direction of Tamara Mielnik. He studied dance and graduated from the certificate program at the Alvin Ailey American Dance Center, NYC, and worked with a few local choreographers and artists, among them "Markufsky /Tsukayama Dance Company" and "Jonathan Apple Dance Company", with which he toured Europe and North Africa.
In 2000 Aviv joined "Vertigo Dance Company" and danced with them for three years. Aviv Also worked with independent Israeli choreographers, among them Ilanit Tadmor and Ronit Ziv.
Aviv Made his début as a choreographer with a short Duet titled 'Surviving', performed at Dance Space NYC.

- Invention of Solitude or Daydream', A quintet, debut in an evening of emerging young choreographers in NYC.
- A project of 'Flat performances' on 2004; at the same year he won the first prize with his dance-theatre work 'He's My Brother' in the international street theatre festival Bat-Yam, Israel.
- In 2005 he took part in "Shade in Dance" in Suzanne Dallal Center, Tel-Aviv, presented a solo work 'Heaven's Court'.
- On 2006 Aviv co-worked with the choreographer Maya Brinner and the Video Director Ido Cohen-Alloro to Create 'Room for Thoughts' a duet with a video for 'The Israel Festival'. Their work received the creation award from the American Israel Culture Foundation.
- In the summer 2007 Aviv Created the Duet 'Nafsha' for the "Hazira", Jerusalem.
- Aviv débuted his last Piece 'ANIMUS' in the 'Curtain Up 2007' Festival.
In the present Aviv continues to explore and create as well as teach movement and dance for actors at "Nisan Nativ Acting School Jerusalem" and dance students at the "Jaffa Group Dance School" and the Vertigo Dance Company school for dancers.
